Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time
   Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. Then, the package is prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Time
   United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
   Shipping is handled by Royal Mail, the UK's largest courier service.

All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple separate packages.

My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If the tracking still does not show any information after a few days, please contact customer service.
