Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods in one order and these were delivered simultaneously;
on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods in one order and these were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by e-mail: support@ovellefashion.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after we have received your withdrawal notice.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion and forfeiture of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract but which can only be delivered after at least 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
